PROFESSIONAL POOPER SCOOPERS
What To Expect On Your Service Day
On service day expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Scoop & Go team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Scoop & Go technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Scoop & Go technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Scoop & Go team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Pet Waste Disposal
When our technician is finished with cleaning your yard our pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. If you don’t have a trash can in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
